Reviewing UMD's CRL Team
In this episode we go into UMD's rotations and then look at Alejandro's and Delephant's decision making and rotations from their perspective.
Takeaways:
Ale - Cut out the bad ball chasing. Ball chasing isn't always bad, but the ball chasing done at the end is a prime example of how ball chasing can and will set you up for failure.
Dele - Add some patience on defense when you're last back, and play more to rotations. When you aren't last back, push out and find space. Generally up your rotational speed and transitions.
Cal - I didn't have closing remarks for you, but if you're reading this, work on supporting Del and Ale's decisions, even when they're poor. You did and can continue to turn more poor decisions into advantageous positions.
