Bare in mind, this meeting is not one geared toward decision making. It was for adding to the question pool and discussion to help drive us forward.

I talked.. probably more than I should have or needed to, and apparently I'm super quiet because of my recording settings.

Meeting went well, we dove into various pros and cons, different election topics, responsibilities, and so on.

Next meeting we plan on pushing out structures, talking about committee structure, and talking over action points laid out by Memlo:

Action Items
1) Spoopy and Memlo (more are welcome) - work on narrowing down and better defining Mission Statement, solidifying core values and getting a base for how things are accomplished, although structure isn't defined.
2) Spoopy and Shamu to chat a bit more about merging their ideas - flesh it out a bit more
3) Whole group - chat some more pros/cons to the structure
4) Whole group - narrow down what structure would work best

- Otherwise, continue structure conversations and questions and concerns. Including Superfast Moose's question about how to become elected or what committees Admins are in charge of. What is the barrier of entry?
