"A nameless child with no memories awakens in the metro with only a vague sense of purpose and desire to reach the distant clocktower, hoping to find answers at the top. On the way they will discover a melancholic world filled with masked characters, monsters and perhaps the answers that the child seeks."

Test of Revita's alpha 0.1.1, first I must say that I could not play well with the controls as they came by default so it was necessary to configure them and some enemies or traps were very difficult to see (small worms or bushes), fortunately The game has button remapping options and I loved the accessibility options that mark you to enemies and dangers in general with a bright red that can be seen in the recording. I'm not used to playing with two sticks so it takes me a while to get used to the control style but once it begins to master it allows a lot of freedom to overcome the challenges that would otherwise be quite difficult and where you know that all the failures are my own mistakes. I'm not sure if I saw all the alpha but after beating the boss the death screen was activated so I imagine it is to activate the game cycle that returns you to the beginning and give a characteristic advance of the roguelike.

One detail is at the time of handing over keys and new objects are unlocked, it made me curious when I could activate many artifacts at the same time and use them, it feels great to have a lot of accumulated effects at the same time even though it gives the impression that it is something that can only be done once since I can only have those objects again if I find them within a game, I would like to be able to "buy again" some of those objects to start a game with items or that you cannot directly start a run with them and only unlocked them in a normal run. Another detail is that I would have liked pressing the directional pad to adjust the aim at fixed angles (perhaps with differences of 45º or only 90º), but it is a minor detail because I need to get used to the control.
