Hey everyone i wanted to design a new hidden blade mechanism to replace and upgrade the traditional OTF system used in most dual action hidden blades on youtube today and this is what i came up with (I have had this idea in mind for about a year now and i finally decided to give it a go)! Keep in mind the model i show in the video was just a rough build to show you guys the basic concept of the mechanism the final version will look much nicer!
there are a few major reasons why this mechanism is better than the OTF:
1. It operates silently
2. It is far more reliable and durable
3. It can 'push-through' targets when extending
4. It can operate underwater
