I've also added some physics settings at the end from the controls settings.

This setup is what I used in my race I posted earlier but it's not perfect and still needs work. From the tyre wear after the race my fronts were more worn than the rears which was evident in the race as I had understeer which got worse as the race went on.

I've since experimented more and lowering the wing to 3 or 4 gave the front more grip taking it away from the rear and the car feels more neutral. It's slightly loose and a bit harder to drive initially but doesn't suffer from severe understeer later on you just have to be more careful with your inputs
