Easy to make. Takes less than 1 minute preparation from washing the rice, to adding the spices & ingredients, to adding the egg when it's done cooking. The rice cooker does all the cooking. It's a healthy & nutritious meal made simple. This meal serves about 2 adults.

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water or less if you prefer harder rice
Oil (I prefer sesame)
Ground Beef (3/4 cup)
1 Large egg

Total rice cooker time is about 30min and an additional 3-5min for the egg (when the unit is warming).
