Apparently this SID tune was used in a Roblox game called Speed Run 4. Recently, someone contacted me and said that this tune was used in the game's soundtrack without credit and that they and several others were trying to find it's origin. Using this handy tool (https://www.linusakesson.net/themes/index.php/) I was able to identify it.
