Here's a quick and easy method to take out the legendary super-mutant Behemoth near the Boston Common called SWAN at very early levels. All you need is a rifle with some decent range to get him to emerge from the lake. Then follow the video for the best snipers perch.

☝ Nᴏᴛᴇ: After some experimentation, there are two other safe locations for taking out Swan. One is in a nearby bus where he can't reach you but your bullets will still travel through the windows at him. The other is in the entryway for the Park Street Station. It's not tall enough for him to enter or throw rocks.
