7Rift Wizard is an indie, RPG classic roguelike that has really surprised and impressed me. You control a single wizard--kind of like Noita--and must get stronger to defeat your archenemy by the end of the game by learning spells, powering up your spells, getting items, learning skills, and imbuing your abilities with synergies and bonuses. It may have flown under your radar or been too brutal to sink your teeth into, but in this guide I aim to show you the basics so you can learn to play and enjoy the game, or see if you might want to try it. In this complete beginners guide to Rift Wizard, I start up a brand new run and walk you through the fundamentals of the controls, the UI, basic strategies, and how to play, survive, and get started in this great game.
