I send out a trade caravan to acquire some kind of orbital targeting item and to trade with some of the southern settlements. On the way I find out there's another item stash opportunity that's being heavily guarded. The loot is tempting since it's a bionic eye. I also acquire a bionic eye and bionic leg from a nearby settlement.
