RimWorld Colony 4 - Anomaly/Ship to the Stars - Part 9
4Welcome back to our fourth RimWorld Colony!!
This is our return after completing the Anomaly DLC! Unfortunately, I didn't capture the part before this, but it had been us focusing on restabilizing after that insane end battle and choosing our new end path.
I give an overview of our plan at 30:51: establish a secondary base 75% of the way to the ship with Group B, manage both bases, send Group A to Group B after building up enough, and then going to the ship together. So today we prep before sending out Group B!
-What is a Ship to the Stars Playthrough?-
Ship to the Stars is one of 4 main 'win' scenarios and is one of the original 2 from the base game. The goal is to go to a hidden spaceship on the planet, start it up, protect it for 14 days as it charges up, and then take off to a (hopefully) better future for your colonists. The catch is that it can spawn on the other side of the planet from your location (as ours did), so you'll need to make temporary bases along the way or attempt to go in one straight shot.
As of the recording of this VOD, Anomaly is the brand new DLC. It does not contain win scenarios, but is honestly the most thematic and cinematic DLC to date!!
