In this video, i wanted to try out rising spell force ezreal or also know as infinite ap stacking ez, the damage and stacks are nerfed from previous set and he no longer has recon so an items slot is for jeweled gauntlet but what he does have is his new trait parallel and that makes his all shoot in a straight line and pass through all enemy's and not just the first enemy hit making him so much stronger in the late game. let me know your thoughts on this combo and if you think its a game changer for the late game. and As always, feedback and thoughts are very much appreciated!
