Rising World Mining Simulator #2 - Dense Fog At The Mining Site
We have dense fog in Rising World - Mining Simulator as we make our way towards the mining site.
The video shows an early idea concept of the mining simulator.
Aerial surveys by helicopters identified this area as a potential source of iron ore. We go in and do a land based survey of the region and find several veins of iron.
Towards the end of the video we stumble across a large vein of iron.
The video gives me a starting block in working out in a 15 minute period of mining how much iron ore I discover.
The concept idea is that by the end of this day I need to make money from that iron ore to cover the expenses of mining that ore which needs to be paid at the end of the session.
To make money, once I have mined an amount of iron ore I need to convert the ore into iron ingots.
I then sell the iron ingots at the current market price for the day.......
Today the iron ore spot price is $215 per tonne.
One iron ingot in Rising World weighs around 875 kilos, or nearly a tonne...
Assuming each ingot weighs one tonne the price you would be paid for each ingot you smelter is $215 each.
This price can go up or down each day depending on the market.
This is still work in progress.
