This is how you unlock the newest secondary skill variant "serrated shiv" for Bandit in risk of rain 2. To unlock you must complete the Sadist challenge for Bandit which requires you to kill a monster with 20 stacks of hemorrhage.

I did this in a monsoon run, but you don't have to.

1. Choose command (and optionally drizzle difficulty)
2. Get purities and backup magazines
3. Go to bazaar between worlds (blue portal) and stack the bleeds on newt. He is tough but if you have enough CDR you should be able to take him down.
