So PFD isn't very good or popular. The concussion device is just better for movement and pushing away enemies. That being said as a defensive skill PFD can slow down lemurian shots and the faster enemies on Eclipse 4 that are rushing you down. Unfortunately even with bandolier spamming the PFD I still don't like using it too often. It does have it's uses particularly when you're in the teleporter event.

Also triple Shrine of the Mountain on stage 5! If you ever want to see what pacing you should be playing at for getting to Mithrix in a timely manner. The stage 5 I took my time, because I knew there were 3 shrines in play and I didn't want to rush that down. PFD came in handy there when the Xi Constructs were swarming the zone.

With just 1 Milky Chrysalis I can make it up to Mithrix, it just takes me waiting a full 45 second cooldown so I can get up on the second charge.
