The logbook now no longer disappears after the 10 minute mark. Instead, Once you enter the Void Fields a non-visual timer starts, after said timer reaches 5 minutes the logbook disappears. My suggestion is to play Loader (no fall damage), equip Spinel Tonic (since the voids now have an increased dps outside a vent bubble, The active buff will out-heal the damage) and start a timer right as you fade in the map on a separate device to see if you're late for it.
