So lets set the record straight, i love rex, i love the mechanic he's built upon of needing to micro manage health in order to deal powerful attacks, which begs the question as to why his attacks inflict perma damage in eclipse 8 and his alternate kit is terribly weak, it makes him very much at a detriment and paired with his awful base movement speed it creates a very unfair challenge in a mode which NEEDS movement and damage.
Which is where i gave up playing fair after a mithrix death to pizza attack and getting a 10 item stage 1 with literally nothing to aid me i gave up fighting fair and decided to abuse lunars and i do not regret it a single bit,.
I'll likely continue to do some of the more enjoyable characters but due to some of the godawful kit of some survivors (artificer, merc, engineer) i probably won't do them all.
