I gained so much weight and lost so much muscle during isolation and without the gym I was kind of lost, mentally, spiritually and otherwise. I was really bored of repeating the same old movements, which included; running, push ups, stretches, some light weight dumbbell exercises etc. I missed lifting heavy weights and that took me to a really dark place mentally.
this mini documentary series will show my road to getting shredded and how I face crazy obstacles that will be getting in my way. I really can't wait for the gym to reopen.
