Giants and Vampires and Tree Sap Oh My!!!
In this episode, Robin kills a giant in a cave and takes valuable tree sap off the dead orc Ulag and sells it to Ysolda. Ysolda, who sent Ulag into the cave to begin with and seems to grieve... very very little over Ulag's untimely death in the name of her precious tree sap. In fact, I would say she grieves not at all.
Robin: "Ulag, the man you sent grossly unprepared into a giant den, is dead. The giant beat him into a broken mush of blood and bone and internal organs and when I got there, was spreading his brains on toast."
Ysolda: "Did you get the tree sap? Gimme!"
Then we go hunt down some vampires. Why? Do we hate vampires? Do they have lots of lootz? No, we are hunting them so that we can use their post-undead remains in invisibility potions. Because people in drinkable form is how we roll...
************************************
A former Legate of the Imperial Legion, Robin Lockesley is now a thief. He isn't particularly doing it for the money. He isn't a member of the Thieves Guild. Instead, he seeks to use his thieving skills for good, by harassing Thieves Guild members, Maven Black-Briar and her family, the Dark Brotherhood and the Silver-Bloods of Markarth, and anyone else he deems an enemy of the people. He's a do-gooder with a deft hand, standing ready to pick the pockets of his enemies and if necessary to eliminate them. He'd rather hurt them economically, but a blade to the throat is not out of the question...
Robin views himself as a doer of good deeds, bringing a replacement for Gildergreen in Whiterun and finding the murderer in Windhelm (both were off-camera) but whether that is the truth or just a rationalization for the trail of dead bodies he has been leaving behind is for you to decide. ;)
