In a quick playthrough I have started due to downloading a bunch of free games I probably shouldn't have downloaded, I am placed in a random place and time with no knowledge whatsoever. This is a Half-Life 2 standalone story mod with a special zero-point energy gun that can be used to solve puzzles in the game. This episode ended up being longer than I intended because I didn't keep track of the chapters, so I'm probably going to have three episodes in total for the six chapters the game has.
