This is the Rockman no Constancy hard difficulty romhack. It's a hack of Rockman 2/Mega Man 2 made harder by giving you little invincibility time after taking hits. In these videos, I will save state between levels, but each video is a single take. Of course, there are dozens of failure videos I won't upload, because this game's too hard for me to do in one shot.

This level is really hard, but the boss is pretty easy. And yet, I die once against the boss. Whoops. This level requires a lot of switching weapons, so that gets kind of annoying. The jellyfish section is also really annoying to get through. I'm sorry I go so slowly there, but it's either play it safe or almost certainly risk death. Also, you'll notice I pause a lot during the boss battle, and that's to save on weapon energy. Three shots wastes one bar of the blade weapon, so I pause after two shots and it resets the count. That same exploit existed in Mega Man 2 and could be used on the Bubble Lead, Quick Boomerang, etc. I do it because I really need that weapon later on.
