This is the Rockman no Constancy hard difficulty romhack. It's a hack of Rockman 2/Mega Man 2 made harder by giving you little invincibility time after taking hits. In these videos, I will save state between levels, but each video is a single take. Of course, there are dozens of failure videos I won't upload, because this game's too hard for me to do in one shot.

As bad as this level looks, it was actually the easiest one on the whole run. Some careful item usage and slow pacing will get you through the start with not so much trouble. The latter half doesn't have many bad enemies, aside from a couple frogs. And as long as you know where the speed up happens against the dragon, it's not too bad. The double platform actually helps in that you don't fall off as much. I still did get pretty darn lucky though, that last fireball goes right through me as I win.
