Holy shit. I wish I didn't dislike this game so much, I really do. Unfortunately, the knowledge that the developers of X1 and X2 barely worked on this game's gameplay, and it was instead majorly developed by the fucking gameboy guys really makes everything fucking make sense for me. The obtuse item collection shit, as in, how annoying it is to collect everything, bosses doing way too much damage, not taking enough, etc etc etc... it's all making sense, really.
