Yup, I actually did this. I discovered that if you go under the Mon Calimari cruiser the TIEs will try to follow you and most of them will just end up crashing into the ship. Just wait that out, take out the bombers as quick as you can, and get lucky with the star destroyers! Make sure to fly up very high on the shield generators (or low on the bottom one) because the lasers get less accurate the farther out you are and are much easier to dodge since you can see them coming.
Because of the abysmal 25 enemies destroyed this run doesn't actually qualify for even a Bronze medal, but I decided to take each stat and tell you where they would place independent of each other.
Completion time: 10:03 - meets Silver requirements (3 seconds shy of Gold)
Enemies destroyed: 25 - meets no requirements
Shot accuracy: 29% - meets Silver requirements (2 points shy of Gold)
Friendlies lost: 10 - meets Bronze requirements
Lives lost: 1 - meets Gold requirements
Targeting computer efficiency: 100% - meets Gold requirements
