Rokko Chan is a popular fan flash game made by King which pays homage to the Megaman franchise in every aspect; from gameplay to its soundtrack. Just recently, there was a complete soundtrack released for Rokko Chan's music which includes not only the game's OST, but also some arranged tracks from several artists. These uploads will focus on the Arranged Soundtracks as there are already several videos in regards to the original game's soundtrack.

The arranged track comes in two types: 8-bit and non 8-bit arranges. The 8-bit arranges would be like those you might have heard similar to Chiptuned Rockman (for comparison) while the other arranges would be of the types you hear elsewhere in the style of varying genres.

Personal Thoughts:
I sense two different kinds of vibes in this mix: Beatnik and Elevator Music. It's a pretty snazzy jazz arrangment that takes an unconventional approach to how the source piece is played. A sofisticated and/or open-minded ear is probably more preferred to liking this track as this is a bit... different; well, at least in comparison to a majority of the remixes present.

Also, in a slightly related thought, the Elevator Music vibe I got in this track makes more sense in context when you remember that a part of stage 2 of Dr. Mad's Castle had a vertical auto-scrolling section. Hm, who would have guessed slowly rising through a spike-laden obstacle course could be so relaxing?
