What is happening lads and lasses and welcome back to another Rome Total War 2 Online Battle. Today i control Pontus while my opponent controls Triballi. Enjoy :)

Build Up (Please read before watching)

For hundreds of years the Triballi have been the victim of countless attacks from their neighbours Getae, Scordisci and Macedon. The Triballi tried to fight back but they were surrounded on all sides and faced over whelming odds. Alexander the Great delivered the final blow. He marched through their lands and defeated the Triballi. All that were left fled to the east in hope of refuge and a new life. What remained found refuge in Tylis. The Tylis king gave the Triballi land in the North Eastern part of the state. The Triballi were to still keep their traditions but be under Tylis rule as well as to pay taxes to their protectors and fight when they were called.

For a short time the Triballi were satisfied with their way of life but soon became tired of Tylis rule. The Tylis and Triballi kings discussed solutions for months and finally it was agreed the Triballi needed new land, but the Triballi didn’t even have an army. A deal was struck. The Tylis would train the Triballi army to full force and ensure they were feed, armoured and fit for battle. The Triballi had now an army of their own – still answering to their Tylis overlord. Tylis was to offer assistance to Triballi in seizing new land which they could call their own as long as the Triballi paid tribute and became allies with Tylis. It was agreed. The land which the Triballi eyes glazed upon was owned by Pontus.

Tylis sailed across the Black sea only to be spotted by the faction of Bityhnia, who were allies of Pontus. Bityhnia sent riders to warn Pontus and so the Pontus army marched to meet the Triballi. With Tylis soon to arrive supporting the Triballi there was no time to wait on their allies Bityhnia. The battle had to happen now to ensure victory or Pontus would be crushed.
