"Roots of Gaïa is a family game implemented first in a table top board game and possibily in a video game if we get enough time during the jam. The board game version was built to play with 2 to 4 players during 12 rounds for about 50 minutes, with players aged of 9+ YO. In this game, you are a tree, and to succeed in life you have to grow roots. It's a competitive game where your own roots can meet others tree's roots, it's a connection game where you have to build your own root network in the same underground map with other tree competitors, during your expansion you'll be able to collect resources meet objectives to score various points to lead you to victory. There are multiple ways to win with multiple scoring options based on resources and objectives, some of them are common to every players and others are individual. "
