Hospitals tend to have a three phase structure as you progress through the level itself.The early game is super hard as you get everything setup and have way more expenses than you have income. The second act sees you stabilizing as you get all the core rooms built and enough patients to turn a healthy profit without overloading the system. And lastly the 3rd phase where the game turns up the disasters to 11 and throws more patients at you than you know what to do with. Being in the second phase here, can we disaster-proof our hospital to make the third phase less painful?
