I think everyone who played this game on RPCS3 encounterd 24fps issue. I made a report on github about a month ago, here it is:

rajkosto from github made a little hack that allows to play further if 24fps happened but only if there's no cutscenes, and made a workaround method, which i used in my video. Unfortunately video ended with LLVM loading crash, but it;s not a problem cause i saved progress before. So, after a month delay i'm still looking forward to complete this game on RPCS3.
