Open Nvidia control panel
-Manage 3D settings
-Program settings
-add rpcs3.exe
-set Power management mode = prefer maximum performance
-triple buffering = on
-vsync = on

-open rpcs3 on desktop = run as admin
configuration is in the video = enjoy :)

To fix colors = enable Write Color Buffers
To fix broken stages(1st stage , Heavenly and Fallen Garden) = use Strict Rendering Mode

58-60 fps even using Tag Assault
Its advisable to run rpcs3 in full screen mode
Stuttering is cause of by using recording video and compiling shaders of rpcs3 , it means the more you play, the more stuttering will be lessen :)
