I had to disable the NETWORK functionality to be able to go into game. If I enabled the network, it would just remain in an infinite loading screen..
Settings:
RPCS3 v0.0.29-15682-75d23935 Alpha | master
Network = Disabled
Then in the Advance settings you need to enable:
RSX FiFO Accuracy = Atomic
Everything else is set to default.
