Snark and irritation mostly for entertainment purposes.
The trouble with replying to videos full of anecdote, speculation and bald assertion is that they don't have a lot of substance to chew on and all you can really do is offer the same back - but at least then you get to give a different perspective.
The wonderful irony of the video on diversity was that it lacked diverse opinions, so that's sort of my theme.
