How's it going everyone, in this quick RPG Maker MV Tutorial I'll show you how to add a simple particle effect the the sidebars of the game window when you're running the game in full screen. This method will animate the static black sidebars to have a simple particle effect while the game is not 16:9 and your monitor is 16:9, and vice-a-versa. I've already went through all the steps and made all the files needed so all you have to do is drag and drop them into your game. If you would like to learn how to make your own kind of particle effects let me know in the comments and I'll make a much longer in depth tutorial on how to do it.
