Macha will always clear debuff in even turns 2/4/6. Any kind of debuff that you use is best done in odd turn 1/3/6, Paen of Heartthrob is used in turn 3 because the 1st 2 turns are not painful enough to waste this 12BP. Turn 2 onward, use Anya to clear enemy buff and lower ATK since Macha will always buff her INT before attacking at low turn priority.
Liam is left at 2LP because there's 2 wave and nobody is casting guard up, if Polka doesn't taunt enough and Liam is hit by 2 Marigan ST, he is not going to survive. Anya will just revive Liam or anyone that is hit by multiple ST.
Marigan does not clear debuff from Paen of Heartthrob in turn 2, he does so at the start of turn 3.
