The RTC Portal is an extremely effective mechanism devised by the Modi Government. It is a collaboration between the Ministry of Textiles and the National Institute of Fashion Technology. It seeks to promote India’s clothing diversity while also encouraging and preserving it. The portal will effectively map the various diversities, creating a digital museum and intends to bring together academicians, students, artisans, craft enthusiasts, craft businesses and designers among others.
