RTX 2070 for 4K Gaming In 2021?!?! Metro, RDR2, Cyberpunk, RE Village and more tested!
160Is an RTX 2070 good for 4K gaming in 2021? Well it certainly isn't the top choice, but with the GPU market as crazy as it is right now, and the recent launch of FSR and increase in DLSS support, I decided to give it a look. And I was pleasantly surprised with the results! So if you are like me and have an RTX 2070 for gaming at 1440p on your monitor, but occasionally kick back to game on your couch on a 4K TV, you might be surprised with how well it can actually do. In this video I test RTX 2070 performance in Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition, Cyberpunk 2077, Red Dead Redemption 2, Resident Evil Village (RE8), and a little Witcher 3 for old time's sake all at 4K resolution, and I discuss what sort of graphics settings tradeoffs have to be made to reach playable framerates at 4K.
