Seems like "full survival and rob everybody that comes near my hut" ain't that much of an option as per 'dynasty reputation' drop to certain level the game ends so you are obligated to build and maintain small group of NPC's to explore. Gotta check what's going on with other villages and how reputation system works overall. Till next Pax Dei drop it might be nice medieval sandbox'ish environment to play with...

Biggest disappointments so far:
- no hardcore mode / dynasty reputation independent [unless you can disable it in customization]
- to create 'throwing stone' you need to build [erect a building] a smithy of your own as npc's workbenches at smithy are placeholders or buy 7 per day at the market - while the requirement should be two stones or stone and flint
- you need ONE log [tree = 2 or 3 logs] to create one wooden spear and that can be crafted with no workbench [plus it's description in Q menu is misleading as is states that spear is crafted at smithy] while it should require some rare 'fine stick' and a knife
- why there is no flint whatsoever, seems like most of the basic indigents [from crafting weapons to making fire]
- tutorials popping up in random moments, not that really helpful [too much hustle to find anything in the knowledge base]
- inventory not that well designed, not bad but lacks

Was surprised by:
- how good it looks overall
- interactions between different animals
- 'survival sense' from skill tree
