We purchased some Ruby RB1 chocolate and this is our first taste of it.
This is a new type of chocolate. We are all familiar with Milk, Dark and White chocolate, now there is Ruby RB1 chocolate. It's the first new type of chocolate in about 80 years.

This is not flavoured chocolate, It's a new way of processing the cocoa beans.
