This was a pretty tricky run. The main trick is is to pause buffer every frame as Mega Man and Rush appear over the logo. There's a 2 frame window that the game needs to trigger the cutscene where Mega man is being built, so by pause buffering, the game is never given those 2 frames, allowing you to move past the trigger and skip right to the end. It might be possible to confuse the game further by pausing while the individual letters of the logo appear, so this run is definitely open to optimization.
