Ruby Yao Ming is a 7’6” Center from China, and even though he’s probably not the BEST center in NBA 2K22 MyTeam… he might be the CHEESIEST!

Yao Ming is an interior scoring machine. Of course, it helps that he’s 7’6” with long arms, but he also has a 90 CLOSE SHOT, 90 STANDING DUNK, 93 POST HOOK, and 93 POST CONTROL!

Interior scoring isn’t Yao Ming’s only skill - he is also an excellent rebounder and paint defender 👀 Yao has 88 Interior Defense, 89 Block, 89 Offensive Rebounding and 93 Defensive Rebounding!

Honestly, Yao only has two big weaknesses. He isn’t fast, and he can’t shoot threes. Yao has a 25 THREE-POINT RATING and 25 SPEED. It doesn’t help that he also has 36 ACCELERATION and 26 LATERAL QUICKNESS.

So yeah, Yao Ming isn’t very fast and he can’t shoot threes… but he makes up for these two weaknesses in many ways. I already mentioned his Post Scoring and Defense, but he also has a 74 Mid-Range shot, and some EXCELLENT BADGES!

Gold Backdown Punisher, Drop Stepper, Post Spin Technician, Rise Up, and Dream Shake are all finishing badges that practically GUARANTEE Yao an easy 2 points at the basket.

It’s also pretty cool that Yao has a few shooting badges - Gold Catch and Shoot, Gold Hot Zone Hunter, Silver Set Shooter, and more!

Last, but not least, Yao has 7 Defensive Badges, including Gold Box, Gold Intimidator, Gold Rim Protector, and Silver Post Move Lockdown.

Yao is a solid center. Like I said earlier, I don’t think he’s the BEST CENTER in the game, but standing at 7’6” with great interior scoring attributes AND badges, I believe that Yao might be the CHEESIEST centers in the entire game.
