This is our hype session for Rule the Waves 2, which releases this upcoming week! To hold ourselves over in all the anticipation, we will be conducting a World Cup-style tournament of user-submitted Rule the Waves fleets, based loosely on Washington Naval Treaty restrictions. And to the victor, the spoils: winner gets a free copy of RtW2!

Thank you to NWS (and William in particular) for providing the copy of RtW2 for the winner. This is the closest we can get to multiplayer, so I will also hand out secondary prizes to others for showing up.
