Not sure how this happened last night, but I was running everything without using the USB hack and GoldHen. Maybe a bug I accidentally found ?!?!
I pulled the USB out too early, the PS4 made a click sound, the TV went black for a few seconds, then it came back on and everything was playing just fine.
