This build is known to be the last pre-reset build of Windows Longhorn before this project remained incomplete. The reason why it was incomplete was due to bugs, and therefore, Microsoft had to start all over again with post-reset Longhorn, in which later evolved into Windows Vista (since Build 5112) and remained complete.
