The clothing skins are acquired automatically. As you play the game you get random drops that go directly into your Steam inventory which you then have the ability to craft across every server in Rust. The items currently only include the new clothing items, so you cannot go on the market and buy a gun/armor blueprints.
The reason the female looks so muscular is because the clothing models haven't been adjusted for the female player models yet. Notice how the female model actually looks thin in the beginning of the video when she's not wearing the black shirt." - DAL 9000
