Suiken: Powerful when you're drunk
On Yamato, near the alley to the Higashiyama Shopping District, there's a guy
with a sword, harrassing some other guy. His wife runs up and calls to him,
"Hikobeei! Stop!"
Hikobeei gets angry and leaves, and his wife stays behind to talk to Musashi.
Seems he has some enchanted sword that grants him greater power the more he
drinks. So, go find him up at Ikken'ya, the sakaya. It looks like he's beat a
bunch of guys down, asking the owner to bring him a drink before each match. His wife asks you to help, but before you can, he drinks a loooot of sake. Beat
him anyway!
