Comments:
1. The FPS measurement takes place in the open area (command: coc whiterun). It may differ if there are many NPC/Models around.
2. For 1080p I just test for LOW and MEDIUM because I don't it is even playable at medium settings. To enjoy the smoothness I shall play at LOW setting and enjoy the story, not the graphics.
3. I do play skyrim when I back to my hometown because this is my only portable gaming device. At a very low setting I still enjoy the game.
