You'll want the following as a additional resource pack, that goes along with having faithful 32 (for GregTech):
Go to https://github.com/marisathewitch/Faithful32-GTCEu , go to "Code" and "Download Zip"
Extract the zip above, then, go into the folder till you see "Assets", "Readme", "pack.mcmeta" etc. Zip up ALL those files together, name it something, and drop THAT into the resources folder
