It's been a while since we've gotten an open world and/or sandbox (very sandy) game. I had a lot of fun with this one and am looking forward to playing more of it. I played more of it on the stream immediately after finishing the video. Shout out to Simoon. It is funny that this was the free game in the week I bought the most recent Zelda game but what are you gonna do?
I think this video gives a good sense of me going from not knowing what to make of this game to being a big fan over the course of almost forty minutes. Who would have known that something that feels like it's influenced by Zelda, Star Wars, and Journey would be so good?
Also, the game I was trying to remember is FAR: Lone Sails, a game that, in retrospect, is almost nothing like this one. Just some aesthetic similarities, but in a very cursory glance sort of way.
Also also, it turns out Sable is not available on Switch...
