0Preparations. First, ensure Blue has Sacrifice and SunRay. If you know when you're getting to the final stages of his HP, you can use Overdrive too. Sacrifice is probably going to be his most important job. Second, hand the Backpack to someone other than Blue.
Once again, I must admit I don't know exactly how this works, but physical attacks (including guns) do crap damage until you hit the enemy with a magic attack. Apparently, this condition resets for each form, making things a lot more complicated.
Keeping Blue alive and healthy is top priority. If multiple people get low on HP or die, have Blue use Sacrifice. Don't be stingy on this. Don't have the backpack user heal anybody except Blue. At the start of each form, have Blue use SunRay, and then everybody just attacks with BoundShot every turn where possible.
