Capcom vs SNK 2 is a retro fighting game that is ran on Sega's NAOMI system game engine. It was first released back in August of 2001 for the arcades, then ported to the Sega Dreamcast a month afterwards. Then years later, it would have subsequent releases for the Xbox, PS2, and Nintendo game cube systems.
